Section C – The Infra- Structure

This building provide approximately 100,000 square feet per floor. The same building also furnish with total 1200 indoor car parks and 400 outdoor car parks. We guess this should be the best structure in the region, to host the medium and small scale exhibition.

 

Section D - Area per Floor

Each floor can take up to maximum 200 exhibitions. In view of the limitation of space we have decided to host exhibitors that conform to “Civilized Food” category only, the Chinese translation for Civilized Food will be called as “文化食物”， Japanese translation will be called as “精进料理”

 

 

Section E – Special Specification of The Exhibitors

All exhibition take part in the Asia.CFC showcase should conformed to the following criteria:

Every exhibitor is allowed to display only one product or up to the maximum of 2 products within the same booth.

A  The brand owner or the exhibitor must not involve in the money games business within Malaysia or Oversea.

B  NO meat product or its derivatives is permitted.

C  The product must not contain any marine life extract.

D  The displayed product must be free of onion & garlic.

E  The product must not be genetically cloned.

F  The product displayed on this corridor called “Civilized Food Corridor” must not be profit orientated.    

     (Meaning the RCP retails consumer price of that product must be 2 to 3 X of the product cost).

G  The product must be free of industrial color.

 

If these products complied to the above term and conditions, we will then term these product conformed to the specification of “7N Civilized Food” category.

 

Section F : The Food’s Qualities Verification

If the product specification conformed to the 7N civilized foods, then the nature of these foods will definitely conforms to:

 

A   The Muslim,    Halal  Specification

B   Buddhist,        Vegetarian specification

C   Christian,        The Kosher Grade

D   Hare Krishna,  The Jane Food specification

 

 

 

Section G: The Pricing Structure

Phase I : October 2015 to Dec 2015

Coming in as the exhibitor in Asia.CFC during Phase I will pay RM 3388.00 per booth per month. (Ringgit Malaysia Three thousand three hundred and eighty eight only)

Booth size will read as 3M x 3M per booth.

 

Phase II : Jan 2016 to March 2016

Coming in as the exhibitor in Asia.CFC during Phase II will pay RM 3388.00 per show case. (Ringgit Malaysia Three thousand three hundred and eighty eight only)

Booth size will read as 3M x 3M per booth. Each show case will be set as per the following time table:

       Every Wednesday       :     Exhibitor Will Move In

       Every Friday               :     Show Case Started

       Every Sunday             :     Show Case Ended

       Every Monday            :      Exhibitor Will Move out

 

Every showcase will be 3 days, and every month will have 4 to 5 showcases.    

 

 

Section H : The Royalty Charges

All the products displayed on the Asia.CFC exhibition floor is subjected to 15 % Royalty Charges based on the Retail Consumer Price quoted via the standard POS System. All the products need pre-registration with the organizer and every product will be given one product code prior to the exhibition.

Collection of the sales is centralized; exhibitors will be given a security code to access to their individual daily sales as and when needed.

 

 

Section I : The Industry Restriction

All the exhibitors should display product from the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and Food Industry only, products or services related to the Industry are also permitted to exhibits.

 

The classification of the product depended or decided only by the organizer, where the description from the organizer operation team will be the final.
